Where will the Legends of Texas Whiskey Festival be held?
The event will be held at the Texas Sports Hall of Fame, located at 1108 S. University Parks Drive in Waco, across from the Baylor University campus.
When is the festival?
Saturday, Feb. 17, 2024. General Admission will be from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. VIP admissions can enter an hour earlier at 6 p.m. until 10 p.m.
What makes the Legends of Texas Whiskey Festival unique?
The Legends of Texas Whiskey Festival is for Texas distillers only. We are proud of our great state and the craftsmen and women who produce our spirits.
Our judges for the event will be inductees of the Texas Sports Hall of Fame, who are legendary in their own right for their athletic achievements.
Distillers of whiskeys voted “Best Of” at the event will be licensed to use the TSHOF logo in their marketing of their legendary product for one year after the event. After all, they’re proud of what they make, and so are we!
Is there a dress code for the event?
Attire is business casual. A collared shirt is required for men, coat and tie is not required. Shorts, t-shirts and athletic attire are not acceptable.
Are there restrooms at the event?
Yes, there are restrooms inside the building.
Will the event happen in inclement weather?
Yes, the entire event will be indoors in a climate controlled facility.
Will tastings be limited?
Tastings will not be counted, but distillers and event officials have the right to limit pourings to some individuals. Please drink responsibly! Rides will be available post event to get attendees home safely.

Restrictions
- No knapsacks, backpacks or large bags will be allowed.
- No outside food or drinks can be brought into the museum.
- Guests must be 21 yrs or older, and photo ID’s will be checked at the door.
- No children or pets allowed. Each person must have a ticket for admission.
- Tickets will be for one entry only.
- Once you exit the museum you will not be allowed back in. All exits are final.
